PCC's Annual Family Dinner Dance is back and better than ever! This is your chance to celebrate with the friends, family and community members that make PCC so great!

Speed-friending is officially fun!

We are proud to announce that Positive Community Connections received a 2024 grant from Real Transition Partners to host offical PB Academy Speed-friending game nights. We are so excited to share our lives, likes, stories and interests with all our new friends!

PCC News Update

Gamer's Club Meetup

PCC members met up at the Gamer’s Club in West Hempstead. This place was an awesome space to play video games. They had PlayStation 5, XBOX, Nintendo Switch and also some classic arcade games such as Pac-Man. Members really enjoyed the WWE game and the MLB baseball game, having a classic match up between the Yankees and the Mets! We highly recommend this place for anyone who loves video games! 

Longwood SEPTO & Branches Family Fun Day

PCC was proud to be part of the Longwood SEPTO and Branches Family Fun Day! We spent the afternoon meeting so many people and organizations.  We chatted with so many, speaking about PCC and its mission.  We were honored to be part of this awesome community outreach event and look forward to partaking in future ones. 

Huntington St. Patrick's Day Parade

We sure felt the luck of the Irish at Huntington's St. Patrick's Day Parade! Everyone one showed up in their green festive wear, ready to listen to some bagpipes and watch hundreds march and show their Irish pride. We clapped, cheered and did a little jig to show our enthusiasm. We didn't find a pot of gold, but we had luck on our side with the rain holding out and enjoying each other's company! 

Winter Luau Dance Party

Aloha!!! PCC Members sure knew how to bring the Hawaiian heat to our Winter Luau!!!!! Everyone showed up in their bright, festive Luau attire, with a smile on their faces, ready to party. We sang and danced to some of today's hottest party tunes and enjoyed the time with our friends. Here's to hoping that this Luau brings on the warmer weather, sooner rather than later!
