PCC memberships make all of our work possible. If you want to ensure the ongoing viability of the PCC intiatives, meetups and resources that promote Independence Without Isolation for self-determined individuals, please consider a membership today.

Membership Types

• INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP: ($480/year)
  • FREE admission to all of our regularly scheduled initiatives
  • Free or discounted admission to our Long Island-wide monthly meetups and discounts to PCC special events
  • Bi-weekly digital, member exclusive, newsletter with event reminders and community resources
